Investigate

The project and account teams will meet with you to discuss your solution and requirements in depth, defining the key milestones.

Structure

From the kick off meeting a technical specification, wire frame document, functional specification, sitemap and timeline are produced and presented to the client.

Concept

Once the site structure and functionality is signed off a design brief is produced. The project manger will work with the Abovo Creative design team to produce a number of concepts based on the knowledge passed to them via the client.

Production

Upon sign off of the concept the project manager will liaise with the build team and programmers to build your solution. A secure proof site is created for our clients to log in to see the progress of the site at any time.

Launch

Throughout the project the project manager will drive the project to ensure that deadlines are met from both a delivery and financial aspect, cumulating in the launch of the site.
